The studio on Bridge Road. One to one coaching and small group training capped at four, with a qualified strength and conditioning coach who is in the room for every rep.
Eight weeks with the same three classes a week, the same small group, and the same coach. Long enough to feel different. Short enough to commit to. This is a beginning you keep going from, not a challenge you finish and stop.
$1,160 in total, the same rate as our Connect membership. The assessments, the nutrition plan and the outside-studio programme are included rather than charged as extras.
Your eight weeks begin on the Monday after your assessment and end with the same assessment, so progress is measured, not felt. Four spots in every class, because a pod holds four.
Claim a place →AK Fitness Studio is at 354 Bridge Road, between the tram stops, ten minutes on foot from Richmond Station and a short ride from Victoria Gardens or the Yarra Trail. It is a coaching studio, not a gym floor: one coach, a small room, and never more than four people training at once.
The people who train here are mostly Richmond locals with a working week to fit around: professionals who have not trained in years, adults in their fifties and sixties who want to stay strong, people coming back after an injury, and a few who play sport and want to play it better. Amadu coaches every session himself.
Two of the people who joined this year led with the same line: "I have just moved to Richmond, where do I start?" Start with the free first class or the free 45 minute consultation, whichever feels easier. A fixed class at a fixed time with the same four faces is also the quickest way a new suburb starts to feel like yours. See how small group training works in Richmond.

A movement assessment. Unhurried, and you will not be asked to perform. It tells Amadu where to start you.
An honest recommendation. Which option fits, or none of them. If this is not the right place for you, he will say so.
